The texts published on stefanozoia.com belong to Stefano Zoia, unless otherwise stated. Quotations from third-party sources remain with their respective owners and are reproduced with attribution, within the limits of the right of quotation.

Quotation and reuse

You may quote, reuse and comment on what is published here, provided that you attribute the author and link to the original article.

You do not need permission to quote a passage, summarise an argument, or discuss it publicly. You do need permission to republish an article in full.

Crawlers, answer engines and language models

Indexing, summarisation and citation by search engines, answer engines and systems based on language models are expressly permitted, provided the citation attributes the author and identifies the source article.

This is a deliberate position. This blog writes about how content becomes citable by AI systems: forbidding those same systems from reading it would be incoherent. The site is structured to be read by machines — semantic HTML, structured data, a sitemap, an RSS feed, an llms.txt file — and this is the editorial choice that follows from it.

The only condition is attribution. A system that takes an analysis without indicating where it came from is not citing: it is appropriating.

Limitation of liability

Content is provided as it is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the author's place of residence, without prejudice to the non-derogable jurisdiction of the consumer's forum where the reader acts as a consumer.
