In short

This site does not collect personal data. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no social buttons that talk to other services, no forms to fill in.

This is not a form of words: it is a technical choice you can verify by looking at the source of the pages. If you visit stefanozoia.com, I do not know that you were here.

The one exception, and it belongs to the provider

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any infrastructure provider, Cloudflare processes some technical data — IP address, browser type, time of request — in order to deliver the pages and protect the service from attack. This processing is necessary to operation and rests on Article 6(1)(f) of the European Regulation. The data is not passed to me in individual form and is not used to profile readers.

RSS feed and llms.txt

The RSS feed and the llms.txt file are static files. Downloading them involves no registration and no identification.

There is none. I do not currently collect email addresses and I do not send communications. If I open a channel of this kind in future, I would use an external platform — Substack or LinkedIn — and its own privacy notice would apply, stated explicitly here.

If you write to me

You can write to stefano@stefanozoia.com. Your message and your address stay in my mailbox, I use them only to reply to you, and I do not add them to any list.

If you prefer to write on LinkedIn, your data in that case is processed by LinkedIn under its own notice.

Your rights

Since I hold no personal data about visitors to the site, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you believe I hold data of yours — because you have written to me, for example — you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the European Regulation by writing to stefano@stefanozoia.com.
